Randy Lander
Chairman and Founder
Randy is the Chairman and Founder of The Victoria Venezuela Foundation (VVF). Randy is passioned about serving God, servant leadership and has held numerous board and management positions in non-profits supporting children and education initiatives including the Special Olympics in Washington, Society of Manufacturing Engineers, as well as the Boeing Employee Community Fund (ECF) Japan.
Randy Lander is also an Executive Director at The Boeing Company based in Miami Florida. He has been in the aviation industry for 20 years and currently is the Sales Executive responsible for the overall relationship, sales growth strategy and support for airline customers in Latin America and the Caribbean region. Preceding this assignment, he has lived and worked with customers and suppliers around the globe including Asia, Europe and Middle East, leading teams in Engineering, Supplier Management and Commercial Aviation Services. He joined Boeing in 2005 as a structures engineer supporting the commercial airplanes division. His educational background is in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA).
Randy is a native from Caracas, Venezuela. He is married to Helen, have two children, and enjoys spending time and traveling with his family.
