Ruben Molina

Ruben M. Molina is a highly accomplished and versatile Program and Project Management professional with over 22 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). With a comprehensive background that spans military service and civilian roles, Ruben brings a unique perspective to his work, understanding the complexities and dynamics of both sectors.
Originally from the Bronx, NY, Ruben is a first-generation American with parents from the Dominican Republic. He now resides in Maryland with his wife and four daughters. As an avid traveler, he enjoys exploring new cultures and learning about the history of the places he visits.

Ruben is deeply committed to community service. From 2009 to 2020, Ruben worked with underprivileged elementary school students in an afterschool program. During his volunteer time there, he helped students with their homework, facilitated group activities, and led skill-building projects. His dedication to education and youth development has had a lasting impact on the community. Since 2015, he has been involved with Christmas in April, a volunteer organization that repairs the homes of senior citizens who are either low-income and/or physically challenged. Ruben’s hands-on approach and commitment to improving living conditions for those in need have earned him recognition and respect in the community.
Ruben holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Network & Cybersecurity. In his free time, Ruben enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for mentoring and helping others. He hopes to continue making a positive impact both professionally and globally, contributing to the betterment of humanity.
