Stephanie Medina
Industrial Engineer with over 10 years of experience in supporting and leading teams within supply chain and sales organizations across the United States and Latin America. Throughout her career, she has successfully led diverse teams, with a strong focus on inventory planning, supplier and project management, and continuous improvement.
A graduate of Universidad Experimental del Táchira in Venezuela, Stephanie currently serves as a Supply Chain Planning Manager at Stanley 1913. Originally from San Cristóbal, Táchira, Venezuela, she moved to the United States in 2015 and now resides in Issaquah, Washington.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and staying active. She has recently discovered a passion for yoga and loves cooking, traveling, and appreciating a good matcha green tea latte.

Throughout her career, she worked with diverse organizations, including NGOs, public and private entities, and academia, in Washington DC, Buenos Aires, Caracas, and Miami. She trained more than 1,500 public officials and political leaders in the use of technology in government and transparency as an international professor at George Washington University, and also played a pivotal role in shaping strategic communications at the Trust for the Americas (Organization of American States) and the Inter-American Development Bank. Her mission is to leverage her international skills and expertise to create and deliver impactful narratives that inspire, connect, and drive change.
Lara got her Bachelor of Science in Social Communications with emphasis in Public Policy at the University of Buenos Aires, a master’s degree in Corporate Communications at George University in Washington, an International Leadership Credential from Harvard University Kennedy School, and a certificate from the National Defense University on Cybersecurity with emphasis in NGOs systems security in Washington Dc. Lara is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and also reads French. She lives with her husband Gustavo in Buenos Aires Argentina and enjoys the art and music of their son Gustavo who is a music producer and sound engineer.
